Do you have CJOs at DAL and AA? If so, contact the hiring folks and they’ll tell you how they handle it.

So any of the wholly owed regional pilots that emailed a CJO to aa recruitment in hopes of an interview, how long did it take for recruitment to get back to you? Whether that led to an interview or TBNT outcome. Or have some just never heard anything at all? TIA!

I have an interview on April 13th and would like to get more info in terms of QOL. How many days off can you average on reserve? What is the most junior fleet/ base at this time and how long can you expect to be in reserve as a NH? Thanks in advance!

Can only speak for myself, but had a couple weeks SC, one month LC, then a line. Reserve 12 days off and usually didn't work 3 or 4 days on reserve. With a line 15-18 days off so far.

Had a Newhire on the Jumpseat doing Observation Ride this week, and he was < three weeks from Application Submittal to Job Offer. I couldn't believe it.

it’s running at least 4-6 weeks from what I’m hearing.

It's longer than that now and continues to grow. A lot of people from late Jan still waiting on dates. Although there are a few people who got lucky in the process and are getting them in the 4-6 week time frame I would say the majority are seeing them 6-8 weeks now.
