Lots of good information in this thread that has answered a lot about the process, thank you! I received the interview invite on Dec.15. I have completed the assessment and other info tabs. Interview scheduled for mid January. So far I haven't received anything else. Understandably it's Christmas time so it is what it is. My question is besides the PRIA docs, what else has the company asked guys to bring in for paperwork on the day of the interview? I'd like to get started on getting my ducks in a row. Very excited about the opportunity.

my stats:
LCC A320 FO
Prior CRJ Captain, Instructor and Recruiter
TT 5,900 TPIC 2,600
B.A. poli sci
Civilian

It’s basically PRIA and your licenses, medical, Covid vaccine card etc. I brought extra resumes and rec letters but they have you put everything away in a cubby. Goodluck!

Also college transcripts. I had physical official copies but they mentioned you could have official versions emailed directly to them instead.

Thanks for the info! I've started emerald coast and purchased aviation interviews.

Does anyone have any insight into what to expect with the virtual HR interview?

Pretty simple screening. Small talk, checkride failures, are you interviewing with anyone else, some simple HR questions, and a single WWYD scenario is what I got last month.

Just want to clarify the application process because it seemed a little fluid. I have submitted recently and I’m wondering what to expect. After submitting and assuming they like me, do I get an email saying to take the work traits test. Then if that goes well you get an in person interview? Or is there still a video interview?

When your app gets pulled, typically you’ll get 2 emails, one inviting you to interview and another that is them putting you into the HR website for purposes of just brining you into the company(most stuff if populated from pilot credentials but you may have to tweak it). In pilot credentials, you’ll have a few new links, to select an interview date, add additional info such as passport info etc, and a work traits assessment. I completed the work traits and never heard anything about it or the skills test. If you’ve done delta’s assessment, it’s the exact same work traits assessment btw. There’s no video interview, except some people have their HR admin interview which took me about 10-15 min, just asking about your application and one scenario question prior to the actual panel interview. Others do it the same day as the panel interview, it seems random

Thanks for the info. Fingers crossed that I can get that soon

I interviewed on 11/18/21 and even though the email said to bring the transcripts, they were not collected upon arrival, I was told I did not need them. The company that AA outsources for the background check might ask for them, I was only asked to upload my Diploma.
