Pilot Review Board/CJO

Hello Everyone. I had my interview last week and I didn’t receive a CJO the same day. Does anybody know when the Pilot Review Board will meet this month (01/2022) to make a final decision on other candidates that are on the same boat as I am? Although it was mentioned that not a receiving a CJO the same day is not the end it sure felt that way when I left the training center.

It has gone to new hires the last few classes. It shouldn't be bad/long to bid into if you don't get it in your drop. PHL is mildly junior. PHL has the bus and 78s.

I was offered a couple dates to "complete the Admin portion of the interview virtually", prior to my in-person interview. Has anyone done this? What should I look for?

Pretty basic HR questions along with a single scenario based question

Low stress. Wear a suit, have your ATP certificate number handy (they asked for it). Scenario question was straightforward and the HR rep asks you to explain your methodology in layman’s terms (not pilot speak). Took roughly 30 minutes and was enjoyable.

If invited for an interview, how far out are the dates? Does it come pretty quick or does it take a while?

Class dates or interview dates? Interview dates are picked from AA pilot credentials.. if you receive a CJO then you can expect class dates in about 4-6 weeks ..

I waited roughly a month from interview invite to first available date. That seemed to be the trend in my interview group (early Jan interview).

Does AA give some time to accept the CJO, or can the class date be pushed back?
