Does AA take a snapshot of your first published application when you go to the interview or can you amend it after noticing you made a mistake?

2020 had 764 retirements.
2021 had 844 retirements.

72 in December.
Most are still going to age 65 but it is slowly trending younger. Those that have enough and had enough are leaving early.

There's literally no rhyme or reason to how the algorithm works right now. So people are getting invites who you never think would and then other super qualified people have been trying and trying but all they hear is crickets.

Doesn’t constitute a shortage. I’ve seen guys hired with less in the last 20 years.

As a current OO CA, I can say a VAST majority have plans to move on. Now if you were commuting out of Boise, Palm Springs or something like that I can see a few wanting to make a career out of there. I live in DFW and I think everyone knows where I would like to go and as soon as possible. Anyone have success with just sending recruiting a resume?

WO pilots do it when they get a job offer from another major. If you get one, maybe worth a shot
