I sure hope so. We have enough anti vaxxer conspiracy nuts at the airline already.

They ask for a scan of your COVID-19 vaccination card in the initial slew of post-invite, pre-interview documents.

BOS

I saw a few drops ago BOS 73 went to new hires. Is BOS still pretty senior? Timeframe to hold it and upgrade? With the NEA and a
DL making a big push in BOS any thoughts on it staying a base long term?

thanks

yes, but it sounds like they will except exemptions as well.

I thought after the recent ruling by the supreme Court not requiring employers to vaccinate that AA is also not requiring its employees to vaccinate.

Hi - anyone know what to do with the "Success Factors" account after you create it? I received the interview invite and selected a date on Pilot Credentials. However, instructions don't seem very clear - I reset password and added basic personal information, but when you select careers/job applications it takes you back to the AA Pilot Credentials site. Am I overthinking this?

Recently was there for an interview, and it was never brought up.

Didn’t affect AA or their decision at all

With all the hiring coming up, what's realistically considered a competitive resume? I imagine TPIC and BA? anything else? Are the flows being maximized? thanks

seems to be changing palpably quarter over quarter if not month over month. They are hiring everyone with X qualifications faster than that group can be regrown and then moving to the next pasture. In the fall it was LCA’s getting multiple offers. Now it’s plain captains.

Best interview prep? currently a 320 Capt at a ulcc with a interview coming up.
