No, there are lots of anecdotes of the LGA CPs being bad actors. One apparently brags that he drove up two days prior to his reserve block to be in place before the blizzard. He expects all pilots to do the same and does not consider weather disruptions to be a valid reason to CM

Intimidation breeds such a great culture.

I see no CM for chief pilot initials in CLT, am I missing something? Is he just a reg line pilot now?

I'm pretty sure it was cr. Td was great then cr took over the base indoc and gave his tyrannical nonsense about commutting. Caused the non prior 121 guys to take him seriously about coming in the early. Ran into a bunch of them in the pad days before their rap.

that’s sad to hear….I usually go straight to JM(great guy by the way) if I have any issues, which thankfully I rarely do…CLT has next to zero probationary pilots if any, and I doubt the crowd here would take him seriously about commuting in early for ANYTHING.

JM was a gift from PHX. You’re welcome ;)

I Like cr now he's in Charlotte. He's been good to me. And others I know. Makes me wonder if the new York commuting issues come from above.

I am in no way agreeing with this CP's policy... just sharing what was said.

To a certain extend only. When the flood gates opened a lot of LAA folks were surprised by the attitudes from PHL (pilots and f/a).

You can only crap on people so much...
