You are correct. Longevity date for pay is based on the day that you bid for initially. The day of expected sim completion based on the bid that you put in during indoc. It can be earlier (if you actually finish earlier) but won't be later if the company delays your training.

Is someone also starting on the 12/01/21 class around here?
I was told they send the class drops about a week before you start so you can see what they have and you can show up with an idea of what you want to pick if Seniority allows.
I have not seen an email about that yet…
Any insight?

They used to come out 1 week before class. For the last couple months, they came out on the Monday before class started (so 2 days before).

So far, they have not been emailed out for the class this week.
