Pittance of QOL rules aside, the pay rate offer was 1% for 2019, 1% for 2020, 1% for 2021, 1% for 2022, 3% for the 2-year “short term” contract. That’s 7% until 2024 and beyond when we haven’t had a raise in over 3 years to begin with. That’s not an offer that’s a spit in the face.
What offer was a 1% raise? I never saw any type of communication on that offer.

The way it was explained to me is that 1% each year for the stalled talks. End result is the same, 4% + 3% = 7%

i know right. If only there was a way for pilots to choose who they think will represent them better

It certainly doesn’t help when 651 votes were “received late” thanks to APA’s archaic process of multiple voting rounds which require mailing in the ballot via USPS on a condensed timeline…

Where did you hear any of this? Regardless.. inflation is at 8%.. no contract since 2019. If they want a 18 month contract (as per VP APA) I'm all ears with a raise of 15% plus 3% after 12 months... annual 3% raise regardless of negotiation. Obviously with other JCBA improvements

I never saw that, I saw 4% at signing and 3% the next year. Your 1% per year would actually be better than what they offered due to compounding the raise each year. Either way, a terrible offer.

4% + 3% = 7% break it down however you feel compensating for the over 3 years of no raises. Not a terrible offer, an insulting offer that shows what the company thinks of its pilots. Especially when offering 165k to envoy flows in a flawed retention program that rightfully has some envoy pilots taking the money and running to United and delta. I hope they keep running there
