Well the entire point of snap ups is to ensure equal pay. Pretty ironic Delta pilots started the trend and now you’re mad that APA didn’t set a new bar. You’re just mad you didn’t get a one percent raise. Hard to imagine someone making $200-500k a year being this bitter about a couple of dollars an hour. Go live your life and stop spending all your time on the AA forums.

snap up provision is about equaling the pay and or making slightly more than peers. Is that hard for you to understand ?
