Does anyone have the new pay rates table for 2023-2027 AFTER all Snap-Ups?

And when will it come into effect?

If United ratifies in October, our snapped-up rates will take effect 1 Nov. Just add 2% to all the pay tables you see (give or take $.50'ish)

I think it could have been up 3% if AA had beat Delta by 1 penny.

Yeah, 2% over all pay rates table we see at APA website would be over .50 cents certainly.

A: Current Pay Rate
B: 2% of Current Pay Rate

A / 100 X 2 = B + A = New Pay Rate

Example
$174.93 / 100 X 2 = $3.50 + $174.93 = $178.43

it’s only a couple bucks. APA has that info if it is really that important to you. Not worth the effort figuring out how to post pictures to this ****ty forum template. Any way, it was not about the money. It is about equal pay amongst peers.

Ok.. Will the back pay for 2023 reflect the Snap Up or not?

I haven’t seen APA saying when we get the Snap Up it will also reflect on the back pay for 2023.
