I was referring to when APA was telling us to apply to Delta and every post on the line and facebook with grievances of everyday life was met with "just go to Delta"

I’ve never liked extremes, but another thing to consider is seniority progression. Wasn’t that our selling point over the other two?. I know the sky ain’t falling and everything is cyclical, but I’m sure 6-12 months of no classes while the other two have classes will equalize things quite a bit.
Still a great job/career? Absolutely. Living in base? Don’t look back, easy choice. But our management needs to put their sh*t together, yesterday.
At the same time I kinda appreciate if they’re being proactive with hiring freezes and letting retirements take care of the “issue”, rather than hire no matter what and then oh sorry gotta furlough.

I just have to agree, it is what it is. It’s more frustrating because of the potential we have, with our resources and size, I just don’t understand how much longer they think they can play this game, and the shareholders wtf. Other than paying off debt, what are we doing

Thank you for the helpful information about Family Leave & 3XP to view PBS Awards. Really good to know about likelihood of dropping turns & Transcons. Move to in-base isn’t an option in order to have support from in-laws to care for elementary age kids so the tips on dropping trips is very helpful.
Look at the 3XP's and the N4D displays and see what guys at your seniority can hold AND what they traded into. It will give you a bit of an insight into what you might be able to do at the various bases/bid statuses. I'd do it for several months to see if what they do is very consistent or if you're looking a just a one off.
Good luck.
