spoiler alert, appeals will tie this things up for a while. Us court of appeals will take this up next if the northern Illinois judge doesn’t look at the contract correctly.

I had no idea UA had 50% more gates than us in ORD.

Looks like the only airports we dominate (by total enplaned pax) are CLT (69%), DFW (67%), PHL (62%), MIA (60%), and DCA (54%). Even PHX is less than half, at ~40%.

Maybe it will, maybe it won't. If the judge doesn't issue an order to freeze the gate transfer pending litigation, then UA will get them until if and when AA wins the court battle.

Yeah I guess you figure us and SWA (33%) are roughly splitting it, and then you have all the other carriers like DAL and UAL as well in the mix. Believe it or not Frontier actually moves a decent amount of pax as well.

Litigation has been withdrawn by American after 3 months in District Court. Was misfiled in the wrong court (Federal District Court) so they need to file in State Court. Civil contract cases in Illinois courts are taking 12-24 months on average.

It's ok, AA will occupy 💯 of the new lost and forgotten A terminal.
