Agreed, adding a trade-board through TTS is something that needs to happen. No reason we should have to use the APA app or facebook pages. Other than that, the actual TTS app itself is excellent.

Is there any reason that we "shouldn't" be able to see other pilots ballots in all apps? It'd be nice to know if someone senior is going to grab trip out of the next DOTC/RAS run. I floated this recently was told "no way" we should be able to see what other folks want. Even if we don't want to identify the pilot, a simple flag would be nice to notify you if someone senior to you has a trip in their ballot.
There are some benefits to an open system but it also provides some avenues for games. In the main secret ballots have at least a slight edge in pros vs cons. |

I too feel strange praising the implementation timeline but both the union and the company seem to be working together quite well to do these things as soon as possible. |
