There is absolutely no reason we shouldn't be able to see what other pilots are looking for in pilot-to-pilot trading. Other than that, TTS is solid.

Agreed, adding a trade-board through TTS is something that needs to happen. No reason we should have to use the APA app or facebook pages. Other than that, the actual TTS app itself is excellent.

It would be nice to have one app/website for everything, instead of one DOTC, TTS, APA Marketplace etc….
So much IT money invested but holy mackerel 😆
And I’ll say it, I now like Sabre. There, I said it.

This is the long term plan. I’m surprised how quickly they’ve implemented a lot of the contractual software. It will get done at some point.

Now I think that's giving way too much credit lol. It took them how long just to switch the pay longevity date to the hire date? I know that was intentional but still...

Is there any reason that we "shouldn't" be able to see other pilots ballots in all apps? It'd be nice to know if someone senior is going to grab trip out of the next DOTC/RAS run. I floated this recently was told "no way" we should be able to see what other folks want. Even if we don't want to identify the pilot, a simple flag would be nice to notify you if someone senior to you has a trip in their ballot.

Yes, Pilot A wants a trip but isn't particularly senior. She is friends with Pilot B who is quite senior. Pilot B puts in a ballot for the trip to try to scare others off then removes it right before the run.

There are some benefits to an open system but it also provides some avenues for games. In the main secret ballots have at least a slight edge in pros vs cons.

I don't know. They have even implemented a fair amount of things that were still leftover from the last friggin CBA.

I too feel strange praising the implementation timeline but both the union and the company seem to be working together quite well to do these things as soon as possible.

They completed that well before the deadline.

Looking forward to that. I know changes take longer because how massive we are, but it’ll be nice once they simplify things. SkyWest had an amazing IT department. Atlas no so much :D I’m hopeful.
If we get to that point and also control a little bit that disgusting PBS optimizer….life will be good.
