To shed some light on the Reno situation. Reno came in to being because AMR, Crandall, wanted to maintain some of the routes and gates, when he started furloughing pilots from AA. Reno was created, and several members of the BOD had direct ties to AA, Crandall's wife and several other folks. That is why Reno pilots were put on the list with that senority date. They went behind the guys that had been furloughed in '92, which spawned the creation of Reno.
Just saying is all. So don't act like you brought a whole lot to the table. We owned those routes and gates before you came into being, and we payed for them twice, Air Cal and Reno.

OK, SO if the most senior Reno Pilot right now is 1/20/92 and since Reno Air was started by Joe Heideman of Tahoe to complete Reno Air service and AA didn't furlough until 1994? or end of 93 ???
And since I was friends with the QQ chief and he told me NO AA PILOT EVER APPLIED VIA RESUME TO RENO AIR??? LOL which is totally understandable you got me there....
Now reno's pay was low i'll admit that. But why would you go off on me?
Reno never flew out of SJC until Crandall begged us to fly there.
I was QQ stock holder. I tendered my shares at $7.14 So I know for a fact that MRS Crandall was not a shareholder or their dog, cat, monkey...What else you got ?
You think i haven't been *&%$ on since 1998 by AA pilots? I have, and you know what I laugh at biotches like you that don't know nuttin'
Think again %@# wipe?
I' seen your type, you got nothin' on me GFY!!!!
Proud Reno Air Pilot!!!

Wow, that hit a nerve.
I've flown deep South with ex-Reno guys. Y'all happen to be about 1200 numbers senior to me. Generally a good bunch of people.
Seniority, of course, has nothing to do with how *good* you are; it's a right place/right time thing. Even with the staple, I think we can agree you were in the right place at the right time.
It's just a crapshoot, as the 'golden boy' guard baby that I flew with recently (triple digit seniority at 52) also knows full well.
