A cleaver is what we need to chop USTUPID up and put it in a hefty sack.

Clever is something most *easties* aren't, they can't even be condescending *******lol

Fixed it, thanks. Strong words there. Chop it up and put it a sack. Is that what you would like to them. Do you need EAP?

You intentionally use a derogatory term for the union and then call someone else condescending. Is that more of the much touted west integrity I've heard of?

It will be interesting to see if there is anything about seniority in it.
R57 relay,

I really don't know if there are to be two individual or one blanketing MOU.

USAPA has significant contract provisions that LCC management wants removed.

The specific protections that USAPA may agree to eliminate in a future MOU include:
  • - Minimum Fleet Size
  • - Minimum Block Hours
  • - Scope
  • - Code Share
  • - Change of Control

MOU v1 provided US Airways’ pilots with:
  • Pay increases 33% to 52% higher than current rates.
  • A 14% DC plan
  • Improved scope language with a no furlough clause and pay protection
  • A seat at the JCBA table
  • USAPA recognized as an agent
  • Industry leading 3-year pay and total cockpit cost parity with DAL and UAL
  • Homogenized Health & Welfare with improvements
  • A signing bonus

I would expect we would see a similar ratio of flying as in the first MOU with no relaxation in scope.

Wow, you do realize he means chop up the organization right? AKA dismantle USTUPID, remove them from power, ETC. Pretty sure you cant spin that around into the need for EAP. Good try on a comeback to one of the greatest posts in the history of APC. Unfortunately you fail, like USAPA...

Who knows? I don't think we will hear any details for a while.

It may soon be time to rename the "AMR Bankruptcy" subforum to the AMR/LCC Merger forum.

You're right. I'm humbled by the wit and wisdom of my west friend. Really, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that. Well, maybe in some of those really great YouTube videos. Oh no, maybe that goat sodomy video. That was quite impressive.

The NAC has two west members working in Dallas. One of them is a major figure in AOL. Do you guys call them names? Are they scabs, or stupid? If they come back saying the MOU calls for us to enter MB with the Nicolau award, with it then be a massive failure?

Why don't we wait and see what's in the MOU and drop the east/west crap? Deal?
