Maxon's an idiot. Every once in awhile, management feeds him something that turns out to be correct. This may or may not be one of those, although it's hard to see how even he could get something this obvious wrong.
According to Google: "Non-executive chairman – also a separate post from the CEO, unlike an executive chairman, a non-executive chairman does not interfere in day-to-day company matters." I had to check to make sure it's a real thing. When I was 7, the schoolbus driver made me 'chief bus door opener,' to keep me from running around the bus like a maniac. Probably the same sort of thing.

Hello I am a CRJ pilot at a regional airline. I hope to get on with a major someday and hope that this site can help me with that goal. I have nearly 9,000 hours TT most of it jet time.
