Well, the senior positions are where the movement comes from.

A330 f/0 here went from 23 years to 2 in less than 4 months as the senior f/o's moved up to Captain.

Easy to forget when things have been stagnant for a long time.

According to Hale no new hires or upgrades in PHX planned, they aren't even replacing the retiring guys.

Anyone know of any strictly turboprop guys getting an offer? I've heard of a few at various other places.

For me... All turbo prop time. King airs and military P3s. Hired, completed IOE and flying the 757. Good luck. Lots of different backgrounds of those getting hired.

I got the email today... What is appropriate attire for the online interview? I'm thinking of wearing a coat and tie, but don't want to be underdressed for it... Any help from those of you who've done it?

I wore my interview suit and made sure the setting was appropriate for an actual interview (I removed my Whitesnake posters from the wall behind me).

My living room doesn't have any of that stuff and looks nice. I was thinking about doing it at home but making sure the dogs are with the neighbors. The last thing I want are my wife's yorkies barking up a storm...

Do practice interviews and make sure the audio, video, clothing, background, etc works correctly.
