All AA training is in DFW. Training will be separate from USAir for a while (through 2015).

Word was they were going to move indoc to DFW soon because all of the HR people will be in DFW. That's the only reason it's in PHX now instead of CLT.

Exactly. Indoc for USAir is predominately in PHX. Has been for a long time due to all the briefings you get from HR types. Wherever the HR crowd migrates to, Indoc will follow.

Looks like they hire any warm body these days

Congrats!!
lmao! Yeah, they dropped their standards for me. He asked so I posted.

BTW, you left out either White Knight One or Shuttle PIC time. They're not that picky so they'll take either or........

All my HR communications with both Airways and American goes through American's HR department now. Which I find a bit comical since I also had the American interview as well as the Airways and after American’s HR contacted me to confirm my class date with Airways they turned around and contacted me to schedule my interview with American. Lol. Yes, same office but not the same person.........

Are you saying it's AA's HR because the people you communicate with have @aa.com email addresses? The US Airways corporate people have @aa.com email addresses now. That does not mean they work in the same office as their AA counterparts (or even in the same city.) The two sides are still basically two separate airlines.

I'm basing it upon the fact they both have the same area code. Now I have received communications from several different area codes so maybe it's just a coincidence, regardless it doesn’t matter much. And I do realize they are still two separate airlines but over time they will slowly merge each and every department. As it was put to me this will be one of the first to consolidate.

BTW, I’m not talking about the interviewing process, just the recruitment.
