I received the email as well. My guess (and only a guess) is for the vast minority of applicants who submitted to US Air but NOT AA, they will have to reapply. For those who applied to just AA or both and have a current aa.pilotcredentials.com account, there should be no action required. I thought there would at least be some container for me to check which acknowledges the new terms laid out in the email, but I couldn't find anything.

Was there anyone who applied to US but not AA?

That's kinda contradicting isn't it? I'd think if the US company was taking over then we wouldn't be using the pilotcredentials website. Regardless I hope the invites keep coming and this opens up more spots for some off the street folks. Thanks for the insight

I think if you have had an application in for 6 months, the fit assessment resets itself. The real question is whether you should retake it or not... Might want to call pilotcredentials (and then tell us what you find out).

I have no idea, but I'd bet a beer that US Air doesn't know either. Easier to send out a mass email than to figure out who didn't apply in both places.

Was it a domicile-based decision or something else?
