[QUOTE=eaglefly;1701707 ....Personally, I don't think the arbitrators result will include a pure Nic insertion though.[/QUOTE]

If that's what they decide, fine. As long as neither usapa nor the APA is unilaterally deciding it, and the arbitrators construct it, I'm good with it.

But seriously, Fly, you didn't answer the question....

During the SLI process, If each of the pilot groups progress on their own list and fly the planes they brought to the party, what is there to complain about? Seriously, what's your issue?

Teamsters are by far the WORST excuse for a pilots union I have ever seen in my life, I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

If arbitration was to include this as a result, I'd have no problem with it. I doubt it though as it's likely too "fency".

Very creative FGN. So Nic list prevails and PHX closes. Welcome to retirement as a reserve captain.

The question wasn't after arbitration, it was in the interim before arbitration is complete. What's the issue with pilots flying the planes they brought to the party and progressing according to their respective lists until arbitration is complete?
