We will all live happily ever after because the SLI will be a fair and equitable SLI. The End. |

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk I like the idea of pilot leaders negotiating, but call me cynical.. when have we had pilot leaders willing to take the political risk of making a decision about seniority? :D |

West negotiations? I thought they said there was nobody from the "west" to negotiate.....
Sounds like a rumor..... |

If true about any settlement talks, perhaps they're considering the ramifications of a loss in the preliminary arbitration ?
That's a crapshoot and should that occur, they're SOL. On the other hand, the inclusion of West pilots on USAPA's committee would at least guarantee them some participation in the process. Seems like a dicey concept though considering the polar opposite positions on the Nic. Perhaps AOL has come to terms that inclusion or not, a pure Nic based final ISL isn't likely anyway ? |
The west had two members on the merger committee for a long time. They quit after some defeat.

But I do agree with you that the Preliminary Arbitration is a risk for the West, just like at Wye River. How does an arbitration panel now award something that a judge said they were not entitled to? |
