Now that is VERY true. Those days left us long ago PT. The APA "cram down" gift is the "gift that keeps on giving". Especially after the PAB issued its decision giving the APA the "right" to assign the West pilots participant status. If the Ninth Circuit rules against them this summer the SLI issue will still be burning years from now.

Enjoy the "separate" lists.

I don't see any mention of the E195 pay versus Delta.

01/01/2015 Delta E195 pay for 12 yr Capt. $163.88 F/O $111.94

With a 'Yes' vote the new AAmerican pilots get $149.18 and $101.88.

The immediate pay raise is $15 less for a 12yr Captain.

No wonder the Company needs language to force pilots in to the left seat of Group I aircraft.

"Going for Great".
We have emb-195? News to me.

That's the problem CB. We can get ANY aircraft up to 118 seats = same pay as 190. Take a look at DL 717 pay. If we got the 717 or similar = 190 rates.

Oh I see, so what language do we have if we vote no?

We maintin current language which contains bargaining chips that could later be exchanged. Voting Yes leaves (basically) scope as the last bargaining chip. Most 55+ pappys don't care about such things. They are more of a "I will get mine, retire, and say F YOU to everyone else" sort of crowd. Great group of guys if you ask me.

Think u meant to say leverage not language. But we have a better percentage of group I to group II pay, yet another reason this is a solid no vote from me.

I don't disagree with you. Our hands are tied both ways.

I don't think we have either, and I don't see the APA pulling off anything.
