With a 'Yes' vote the new AAmerican pilots get $149.18 and $101.88.
The immediate pay raise is $15 less for a 12yr Captain.
No wonder the Company needs language to force pilots in to the left seat of Group I aircraft.

I don't see any mention of the E195 pay versus Delta.

That's the problem CB. We can get ANY aircraft up to 118 seats = same pay as 190. Take a look at DL 717 pay. If we got the 717 or similar = 190 rates.
