"Third list" is a term from the 2005TA. It is conspicuously absent from the protocol agreement.

Is there another board that the real AA/US/AWA SLI gets hashed out on, as this board only has about 5 guys who regularly post the same things. You'd think that a few more pilots would be involved unless the majority is just unaware or just numb to the process?

As much as you guys have to complain about, there seemed to be 10x as much acrimony over the DAL/NWA SLI and that was relatively straightforward compared to this one. Maybe this one is so complex that it's really hard for most to follow along.

What is there to really hash?
The arbs are gonna do what the arbs are gonna do. All we need do is sit back and wait for day 2 of the transcripts and read and read and read.
Then wait on the 2 or 3 more court hearings and then the rendering.

This ain't negotiations (tell AASPIC that), nothing to vote on, just attorneys presenting their case.

I have said all along that our award will roughly model the UA/CO award.

Ta 9 definitely recognizes third list. Ta 9 just says the company doesn't have to furlough third listers first until jcba.

Actually I am very familiar with TA9 and it's Bloch's interpretation of the TA. He clearly states that there is no Third List. Again, if there is a Third List, please post it here. I would love to see it.
