Default Earn $1,000 for Referring a Pilot

Don't forget, all American employees can earn $1,000 for referring a pilot to a wholly owned. For Piedmont, just send the pilot's resume to [email protected] and write "AA referral" in the subject line.

Piedmont hires about 75% of referrals. You can refer as many as you want, and collect $1,000 for each. They just have to have the referral before the pilot applies through Airline Apps or is scheduled for an interview.

That's it. At Delta, you can earn $2000.

They will go to any length to protect their cheap regional slaveforce. I truly hope that the AA pilot group disregards this measly $1000 bonus and gets a better contract instead.

We've paid out a boatload of money. So far, no one has complained about getting the extra cash for sending an email.

The less pilots the regionals have the more flying we do at mainline to cover.

Right now they've decided to keep the S80 longer to cover some routes the regionals can't staff. I'd rather have a couple hundred more guys on property than another $1,000.
