When you VEX and/or slide, I highly recommend doing it before the 7th of the month prior to the vacation. This is so that the slide/VEX is reflected properly on your PBS Dashboard. PBS is not a live look at FOS, so snapshots are taken.

14 just became 22 OFF, with VEX.

Before PBS and the pro-ration table, 7 days of vacation would net you 20 days off on RSV.

Whomever came up with this pro-ration table needs to be firmly kicked in the nutz and repeatedly.

Doesn't matter who came up with it. It was in the contract WE voted for.

All of this new "mystery" stuff was spelled right out in the JCBA. It shouldn't be shocking that it's there. Sadly, it wasn't published in Section 3.

Wait you're telling me there wasn't only one section (3) in the JCBA?!?!

No, WE did not vote for it. Maybe you did but I did not.
I was able to look past the pay rates and see the hit to my QOL due to this and many other things and yes a few more that I am just now discovering.

During the PBS class, quite a few were surprised by the pro-ration table and others did not get it. Meanwhile I was calling BS on the whole thing.

But... but..... but....we get more pay they say.
That's nice but I would rather have the days off and then pick up trips if I wish.

I'd give this comment a thumbs up if I could!

Any association people who let it get written in also need a group kick.

Vacation Buyback

The company just solicited all 737 CA and FOs to buy back their vacation for April. APRIL! This summer is going to be a crap show.

As if last summer wasn't.....

I just read that in CCI. I don't have April, but I have summer months. They can start working on the letter of agreement where they can buy it back for 200%, plus the value of the trip I fly.
