Arrow Atlas Pre employment/HR Gouge

Does anyone have the gouge on how to prep for Atlas Air's on-line Training Centre Pilot Assessment 14-01 course? The initial HR email received in response to my application describes a 100 question, multiple choice exam that is timed for 60 minutes and designed "not-to-finish." Furthermore, other HR descriptors include "ATP like in nature, and involves operating in a global environment. Each test is different than the last." If anyone has gouge on how to best prepare and manage this specific on-line assessment/entrance exam, I/we sure appreciate it ..?

Once you figure out the study technique....make sure you don't get a 100%. Ask me how I know.

Do yourself a favor and skip Atlas. Go to Kalitta.

Kalitta has better pay, better benefits, less stress, less abuse and their management doesn't sue their pilot group (2x in one year) or threaten disciplinary actions.

How can the company use information gleaned from an anonymous web board against a pilot group. I would understand if someone used their real name and somehow the could possibly verify that that person actually posted it

I am not writing that you are incorrect. I am just looking to learn something new if in fact they can.

The post you just made has an IP address associated with where you were when it was posted, if you know how to get it. Comparing your schedule with a list of IP addresses that you have used will eventually revel your identity.

I'm glad they put that much effort into policing the internet and zero effort into treating the pilot group better. Good strategy.
