Do you know how senior you have to be to hold outbase in Asia?? someone told me it's open every month

Don’t get your hopes up either it’s a 30-day reserve line and it does NOT mean you’ll be in base for 30 days.
Far from it, they’ll usually try and keep you away from base to avoid having to give you “heavy” rest which is only a requirement if you hit base.
Worse case you’re min rest everywhere and you’ll never see your “outbase”.
Outbasing is a paper base.
