How long after you passed the Technical Test was it before you got the call to visit Miami? I was just curious, I took the test on Friday and I know there are interview dates comming up in the middle of February. I would really like to be there on one of those days.
Seems as if back in the thread some guys mentioned they waited for possibly a few months to interview while others got the call the day after taking the tech assessment.

22,000 United miles in one month!!
Started with a DH to start the trip last month from home (west coast) to PHL, limo to Dover AFB area hotel...
Couple of days later, DH on Emirates (business class) from FRA to DXB (also United miles on their codeshare)
And ended the trip with DH from FRA to SFO to home airport on United (business class).

Maybe it all depends on how well you did on the tech test. Now I'm just a slow country boy so I may have a wait on my hands here

If anyone is waiting for the FedEx "welcome to the Feb 28th class" package. I spoke with Lauren today and she indicated they would be sent out tomorrow. We will have the offer letter no later than the end of the week.

I have about the same time line as you. I sent in my resume and PAQ around Dec 20. I got a call from HR around Jan 26th to sched an interview Feb 15, 16,or 17. Unfortunately I am working and unable to attend those dates. They were very understanding and said they would call when they were interviewing again.

What's your policy for business class? i.e. Does the company have to buy you a biz class or better ticket for over X number of hours deadheading on a commercial?
