But down to 3 man crews on some routes now with the 4th crewmember deadheading in the back for 50% of the pay. This is the result of the new Flag certification they received. They seem to be hiring quite a bit into the 777 lately but without anymore planes on the table in the near future I think it is just for attrition.. or planning for it anyways. The company offered COLA for the month of January.. Haven't been around here that long but maybe that's normal for this time of year.

Keep in mind there has been little continuity in manpower planning over the last 6 years. They are constantly reinventing the wheel.

Southern or Mesa? 1000 121 TPIC 5000 turbine 737 type retired USAF non pilot, 40 YO, only offers CJO Allegiant TSA Atlas Omni? Applied to other regionals no joy. In pool for class dates. Mesa next week, should I take the first offer or wait a few months? Hoping for Virgin United SFO in a year or Two.

Tsa and Mesa are regionals, but still probably better than southern 737 FO. I think tsa is better than Mesa. Maybe you live somewhere specific, like STL (TSA) or LAS (Allegiant).
Namaste...

Has southern added AA/Delta/United to their jumpseat agreements yet? Most of the CASS info on here is quite dated...just curious if you've added any others to the list.
From another thread it looks like: ABX AIR, Inc., ATI, Centurion, APA, UPS, Atlas Air, Spirit Airlines, JetBlue, Frontier, Endeavor Air, Virgin America, Hawaiian, Fedex.
