I posted this in the corporate forum a few days back and haven't received any responses, so I figured I'd try here...

I've been tasked with a coworker to research and comply with the upcoming EU ETS. We are a US based department who operates to/through Europe on occasion. We have thus far been unable to find our company on any of the "list of operators", and attempts to ask to be added have been unsuccessful.

1) I am just curious if anyone has been successful with being added?

2) Does anyone have any information about the official benchmarking templates for the free credits?

3) we have found the draft templates on the Europa Environment website, which sound like they will be eventually made "official". So I guess what we are asking is if this is what people are using to fulfill the reporting requirement? Has anyone actually submitted one?

4) We are just looking for information from any one actually being successfully added to the program, and any early compliance.
