Bush opened it up to the free market to decide. However, there is no future for nuclear if wind and solar are a large part of the power grid. In fact, most countries will be increasing their coal burning reliance with solar and wind. FWIW, the Trump tax cuts are the only thing that kept the Vogtle 3/4 project from going Tango Uniform.

You'll have to explain that because it doesn't appear on its face to make any sense at all.
