I have a 22" and can do a week with it if I have to. Including my laptop. The trick is to roll, not fold.

saw this on the coyote works website and thought it was funny -- so they have pilots making the flight cases?? haha
I recently picked up one of their cases... definitely worth the money

Default Outerwear?

What do you guys use for coats? I know it's still hotter than hell outside, but I'm gonna have to start looking for some sort of trenchcoat sometime soon... something that is preferably warm but maybe also a bit waterproof. Oh and we can't wear leather jackets (not that I can really afford one right now)

I've been hearing a lot about this zipper tie... what about a clip on?

So, from what i understand, there is no problem fitting a 26" purdy neat in the crj 200? And most would recommend landerwood over van huesen shirts. All I have to compare too is the M & H, but it is huge on me, I'm looking for alot more tapered shirt. Apprciate any feedback.

Quagmire,
Thanks a lot man.....this thread caused me to empty my checking account. J/K.

Over the last couple weeks, I got my two 2" leather Jepp binders, one 1" leather Jepp binder, Purdy 22" Elite rolling bag (106NG), Luggage Works Tote, Luggage Works Flight Case (422A), Luggage Works Duffel Bag, Luggage Works Garmet Bag, Oregon Aero Headset upgrade.......and.........

Only complaint about the luggage I ordered is that the headset compartment included with the Luggage Works Flight Case (422A) is too small to hold my David Clark 10-13.4 headset.

My Lenovo Thinkpad T61P is on order for a Sept. delivery (yeah, we'll see).

Thanks for all the great advice. While none of it was cheap, I feel I've made some good decisions with your help.

-Greg

Has anyone used one of the fabric type flight cases/kits? If so, how well do they hold up compared to the vinyl/leather ones? Fit in an ERJ okay? There's something about the boxy vinyl/leather cases I don't like, but I'm not sure what it is. People were bashing backpacks in another thread, is the fabric case considered to be too much like a backpack or student flight bag? I haven't noticed anyone admit to using one here.
