Will do. This model is also highly valuable for skydiving. It doesn't have the mechanical flap handle but it has a flat spring landing gear and a slightly larger cockpit cabin. Make sure all the 182 skydiving places see this. This is about the right time of year to sell one, although skydiver places really like to be done getting ready by March.

It would be a shame to put a bird that clean looking into a skydiving operation...

Come on, that would be the penultimate use of it!

I know might as well go rip the seats out, flail my arms around with a ballping hammer for a bit, and blast the side with sand for a while.

Plus I'd imagine most skydive places would want the 3 blade prop. better for the getup but takes a hit in the cruise.

Well if you are serious about it the main wing should be rebuilt and extended 12 inches, a 3 blade prop installed along with the O-520, hinge the door and put a step out there. But a nice interior is a nice interior even without seats. It's hard to get 6 people into 4 seats anyway.

I only scored around a 570 or so on my verbal...you need to dumb it down for me a bit. ;)

Less intelligence = lighter load = faster climb rate. Perfect for skydiving. Required dullness can also be induced by watching CNN for an hour before the flight.

I believe you man but this is a great aircraft as is and the owner needs to sell. Those upgrades cost quite a bit and really wouldn't add near that amount of value to the aircraft. This thing is meant for the person who wants the performance, room, and comfort of a 182 for the price of a 172. Yes it's an older model but as you can see it's been very well maintained and if I had the money I'd buy it myself to sit on and sell later. Unfortunately I don't.

Did you just curse at me?

I wouldn't do a thing to it. Upgrades should be the buyer's responsibility at that price.
