The reason many of us don’t care for Breeze should be obvious. DM formula for airline success is to do whatever it takes to use employees at rates well below market. He truly hates employees and reserves a special hate for pilots. When your competitors do that it puts wage pressure on everyone employed in the industry. If Covid had not happened pilot wages at Breeze would be vastly lower than they are today. DM has managed to at least keep the work rules well below standard.
No one here has anything against Breeze employees. It’s DM’s operating concept that is the issue.

I know what it’s about. But at the same time, wages and contracts have never been better in the industry, so where is this pressure? We’re probably years from getting a contract but at least we’re trying.

Ah yes. Granda Betty. Who super coincidentally needs to go from Scranton, Pennsylvania to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on a Monday, and even more coincidentally, needs to return that Friday of the same week. And only those days. Because if she needs to travel anything other than that schedule, she would just be on an RJ going through a hub.

The one I saw moving landed on 26 in PHX and taxied all the way to hold short of 07L to get over to Cutter without talking to a soul. Dude called up they were ready to cross and twr just responded, how'd you get there moxie? 🤣
