Man, all this complaining is a bit much. Y'all ever flown for any 135 operators that are not NJ or FJ? Have you done 16 days strait 14 hour days with 10 hours rest and only a few days off after, while making 30k in the right seat of a RJ? Every company will have grippes, including your dream airline. But Breeze is an actually upgrade for a lot of people, sure it may not be a career destination. I’m hoping I get a CJO cause Breeze will be a huge upgrade for a lot of us 135 dudes.
Imagine, a 1600 CFI with no turbine time who was making 18,000/year showing up to your 135. Then he tells you, "hey stop complaining, I make 30k and get to fly a jet now."

With all due respect, whatever happens on these threads is not advocating for better work rules. It’s complaining. I’m guilty of it, and will probably continue to do it. Let’s be honest, pilots love to complain. But sometimes life is better when you realize how lucky we have it, I’d rather go back to making 30k a year in a RJ then work in a cubicle. I’m not saying this to justify getting screwed by a company, but sometimes when it’s all you talk about in cruise. It gets old.
