Default manitoba flying conditions

Hello ,i am thinking of doing my cpl at steinbach,manitoba,canada. is the flying conditions normal ? or will i have to look for another place to fly?

What you do mean, normal for Manitoba, or normal for Florida?

in manitoba winter is for 8 months and it snows.so will it be difficult to learn to fly there without any interruption.
will i get to take the classes everyday or will there be a big delay whenever the weather is bad. so hows the weather conditions for flying in manitoba,canada
