100 Hours in Past Year
Is the 100 hours in the past year a hard number for all majors?
I fly a KA E90 Part 91. We typically fly as a crew and do fly over 100 hours. However, I can only log about half of that since. SIC is not required.
A few years ago I could have logged over 100 when we flew more, but with low oil prices and approaching TBO on both engines, we have slowed down in flying.

I don't know if it's absolutely hard for any major, but anyone with low recency is going to be considered more of a training risk. An astronaut, or a fighter pilot who had recently rotated to a non-flying tour might get a pass on that but if you want to be competitive, probably better get a (turbine) side job.
