Default What is my best path forward?

I'm a 34yo that has been in another career and flying on the side. My experience = Commercial Multi, I have CE-525S ATR, 1300 total time, 300 hour turbine, 113 hr Night. 1st class medical.

I need 200 hours to take my ATP ride, what is my best path forward? Should I apply now as FO at Envoy/regionals or is there another path that might make more sense for me. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

Get hired at a regional ASAP. Rough guess would be in the typical new hire zone around 40yrs old.

AA regionals have a guaranteed flow. Six to eight years is the estimate.
