Default Options Besides Regionals

Are there any other good paying/good QOL jobs you can get as a 1500 hr CFI besides the regionals?

There are definitely some very good 135/91 jobs. Unfortunately, there are billions of very crappy 135/91 jobs, so anyone who's offering a good deal generally has his choice of experienced 135, 91, and also regional 121 pilots. So no, you probably won't be getting one of the good corporate jobs as a 1500 hour piston pilot. They call them "unicorn" jobs...

If your goal is major airlines, go to a regional. Fastest and smoothest path most likely.

If your goal is corporate aviation, you'll probably want to start slugging away paying your dues in the entry-level jobs (king air, etc), building experience, type ratings, and most importantly your network. That last is vital in the corporate world. And who knows, maybe you'll luck into a unicorn early on.
