After a brief search and finding nothing, let's see how this goes.

I have over 1500hrs and looking to take my ATP written. Is the CPT course certificate or college courses absolutely required to take the written?

Any options outside of the CPT course or the college courses?

No.

Of course the regionals will provide all of that at no charge to new hires.

Your brief search should have taken you to FAR 61.35.
