You’re really not going to get a reasonable answer if you don’t put in any effort yourself.

It depends on the airline, some are as minimal as a "get to know you" skype interview, others have multi-day events including a medical exam.

Some have detailed technical exams or interviews, others have situaional CRM or even a simulator eval, some just do a people-oriented interview.

You'd have to research the specific airline you're interested in.

Thanks for the reply! I will research into it. Do you know which ones go through a medical exam?

All the majors used to be, but I think only a handful now. DAL and UAL last I heard. But today the medical exam is just a strict FAA 1C exam, nothing extra... but no tolerance from your friendly local AME either, so there are probably people who have a santa claus AME who would have trouble with a strict FAA exam.

Delta does not do a medical exam. The applicant is required to have the 1st on the application.
