Sounds like what you are searching for doesn't exist. Especially in the PNW where things are traditionally very senior. If you want to go all in with flying as a career 121 is where you need to be, corporate you are tied to your phone and can get called out on a whim. Fractional may get you close but doesn't sound like you want to work for 8 days at a time in a row. If money is second on your list i recommend going to a decent regional moving to your base and building seniority as an FO and depending on your base be able to set your schedule in 1 to 2 years. Delay upgrade for a long time to maintain your schedule, with wages coming up you can still earn a decent living. If you have to live in Portland Horizon and Skywest are your only options.

But honestly dude, ANYTHING you get in this industry will require you to make some concessions.
