60K is not a bad price for flight training, especially since it would be built into your school program which would make scheduling easier. Assuming that includes a CFI rating, and hopefully a CFI-I.

If you can handle the added debt (or have the money to pay outright) as well as the time commitment, then it's worth looking into. Gather as much information about the program and talk to current students before committing.
