Would you suggest to a low time CFI progressing through the ranks to first get their multi TPIC through any one of the 135 operators before moving on to a regional? Would scheduled cargo and unscheduled passanger transport be weighed equally?
Also does the aircraft type matter? Would multi TPIC in a BE99 be weighed about the same as in something larger like an EMB 120? I'm assuming the larger and more complex the aircraft the better.

1) what is the best career path for a low-time pilot in 2024? Lot of crystal ball gazing there, but stay mobile and keep making your logbook better. Go where the jobs are - regional hiring may slow
2) If bigger is better, how much better is bigger? Depends on the operator - but pressurization and a type rating will def make the 120 stronger than the 99. The 99 TPIC will make your logbook MUCH stronger coming from CFI. If you already have 500 hrs of Navajo time, not so much.

That's two questions
