i have only done bout 5 hours worth of flying for them and of that there is like 2 hours of tranning which you dont get paid for. It aint much but still would love to put them on my resume since i have gotten some real life expereince. I still have more training to do this year, once the weather gets better. I have done other side work for them as well though. Thanks for the advice though

It may be good training (if not great), but I will always question a company that has to pay its employees under the table... Sit back and ask yourself "what good reason do they have to be doing this".... usually the answer is "NONE"...
