Default NDR Records

I had a speeding ticket 7 years ago that I forgot to list on my application. NDR records seem to only go back 5 years for pilots.......is this correct?

The NDR will keep a record the same length as the reporting agency state law allows for, so it depends on where you got the ticket.

But don't lie just because you THINK it might not show up. Different airlines may ask for 5, 7, or ten+ years history. Disclose everything within the period they ask for.
