Space available to new hire ground school?
A friend of mine was given a space available ticket (reservation) by his new company to travel this Memorial Day to attend class starting Tuesday morning.
According to travelocity, com, the seats are few and far between.
Should he call his new company's recruiter and make a stink about needing a space positive ticket?
Thanks...

The airline may not have the luxury of offering a space positive ticket to him. Space A may be their only option.
Those rules are dictated from much higher up than the pass bureau.
I agree with Slice here, he may want to fly in a day or so early to be sure he is on time.
Check into the Sunday flights and when he's ready to go be sure he has two other flights to choose from - as backup.
Good luck!
