Default Resume Question (Non-Flying)

Im applying to 2 jobs that are in the aviation field (non-flying part) .Im curious if I should put jobs that I recently started this month. I have 3 jobs at the moment and I would love just to have one that pays very well.
Should I put on my resume that Im working on these jobs, not to long ago (less than a month). And also what a would be employeer would think about me, working 3 jobs.

gracias,

Brian

Before being able to give a reasoned answer, I'd like to know your entire job history - what kind of jobs have you had before and what these 3 jobs are that you have now. Generally, if you are young and have not had many jobs, you might want to put everything down to show that you are capable of getting and keeping a job. If you've had one job at McDonald's for 2 months in High School, I probably would not list that. However, if that was the only job you've ever had, you might have no choice.

I am going to be an employer soon (no, not hiring pilots, sorry) and those are the things I am looking for. My philosophy is to look at the person's whole history, but a job hopper does not have a greater advantage or disadvantage than someone who's had only one job in the last 10 years. We are living in a different world now. The "New Normal" world is just now being charted, and we have much to learn and a lot of old ideas that need tossing out.

So, if you'd like, PM me your resume as it is now listing all your jobs. Let me know what jobs you are looking for. Someone else on APC posted his entire resume for the rest of us to critique. You can do the same if it makes no difference to you. You have to weigh the pros and cons that a potential employer is reading these forums.
