Here is the exactly what they want...
A certificate of no incidents/accidents issued by the qualified Aeronautical Authority

Who is they? Don't they know already?

If you have FAA licenses, email these folks

[email protected]


and request, under the FOI Act of 1974, verification of your FAA certificates and a list of accidents and enforcement actions.

A friend was telling me "they" (her new employer) wanted a copy of her NDR driving record. If they want it, why can't "they" get it themselves?
Expedite the process? Maza got his in 1/2 hr.
