Default Interview - Southwest

I applied for a southwest flight ops interview, and to my surprise they want to do a phone interview! I'm extremely nervous and have no clue what to expect. I've never had an aviation related interview before, and I really want to make the best impression I can and prepare like theres no tomorrow.

What are some of the questions I can expect?
Any tips on preparing for this?
Anything that I should avoid at all costs?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Default Generics for any interview

Not a commercial pilot guy, but..........

Be prepared for strengths/weaknesses - the general ivew stuff
Never bad mouth previous employers
Learn as much as you can about the employer - and ask appropriate Q's
Why do you want to work for "X"?
Search APC - there are several threads on airline interviews.
Make sure you're in a quite place where they can't hear background noise and that you cant' be interrupted.

ps Wear whatever you want - unless it's Skype

Good Luck!

Don't go looking too much into aviation related questions. Getting to know you as the overall person is their key goal here.

Congrats, the SWA flight ops internship is one of the most competitive.
